After about 2hrs on the road we pasted the Gibb river roadhouse which has a small grocery store plus fuel petrol & diesel we came to our next stop the Hann River crossing. Here we found ourselves another great free camp located next a small shallow river system, which was a hit with the kids.
Hot Tip: heading west don’t take the left road before the crossing, continue over and take your next right. This brings you into a large camp area big enough for 2x vans right by the water, very secluded and peaceful. Plenty of wood around for a good fire which we cooked on with the camp oven.
